One of the schools in particular, Togakure Ryu, contains teachings for running up walls/trees, jumping, climbing ropes, climbing trees and structures, as well as survival tactics. The ninja were the original obstacle course masters. Minnick continues this tradition in a modern dojo/obstacle training facility, Shinobi Fitness.
