2-Hour Birthday Party

Service Description

This party includes the "Birthday Ninja" + 10 participating guests on our obstacle course with guidance from coaches. Spectators are welcome for no additional fee, however, additional obstacle participants are $10 per person up to a total maximum of 20 participants. Food, Beverages, and Sweets are permitted in designated areas only and decorations are provided by Shinobi Fitness staff.

Cancellation Policy

1. Guest Participation: Up to 10 guests plus the "Birthday Ninja" can participate on the obstacles. Extra participants are $10 each or $40 for 5 if purchased at booking. Non-participating guests are welcome at no charge. 2. Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome. Obstacles are tailored to the "Birthday Ninja's" age and height. Adults may accompany children under 3. 3. Party Duration and Cost: 90-minute party: $250; 2-hour party: $300. Extra time: $50 per hour. 4. Packages and Activities: Includes open play, one guided activity, decorations, and coaches. Options include dodgeball, Ninja Tag, obstacle races, and more. 5. Booking and Payment: A $50 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the event day. Late payments incur a $100 fee. 6. Cancellation and Refunds: Full refunds for cancellations made 14+ days before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total balance. 7. Discounts: 15% off your next party if booked within 90 days. 8. Waivers: All participants must sign a waiver. Parents/guardians must sign for minors. 9. Host and Coordinators: A Party Coordinator and Coach are provided. Additional staff may be required for larger groups. 10. Parental Attendance: Parents/guardians are not required to stay but must provide Emergency Contact Information if not on-site. 11. Decorations and Themes: Guests may bring family-friendly decorations. Offensive or adult-themed items are prohibited. 12. Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are allowed. Tobacco, drugs, and alcohol are prohibited. 13. Late Arrivals/No-Shows: A $50 fee applies for arrivals 30+ minutes late without prior notice. No-shows are subject to a fee of 50% of the party total. 14. Party Times: Parties are held Saturdays from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Other times available upon request. 15. Safety: Health & safety waivers are required. Coaches ensure safety during the event. Tennis shoes are required for participants 5 and up; socks for everyone. 16. Special Needs: We accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs on a case-by-case basis. 17. Weather/Emergency Policy: Events may be rescheduled at no extra charge due to inclement weather or emergencies. 18. Facility Use: The facility is reserved exclusively for your party during the event. 19. Incident Handling: Staff are trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
